The brand

EGO is the consumer-electric brand owned by Chervon. They launched in 2012 with the 56-volt Arc-Lithium battery platform and have stayed on that same voltage a decade later — which means your first battery still works on your fifth tool. That kind of commitment is rare in the cordless space.

Where they fit

EGO sits in the prosumer slot: heavier duty than Ryobi, cheaper than DeWalt’s pro battery line, and with enough runtime on a 7.5 Ah pack to finish a suburban lawn. The LM2102SP self-propelled mower, the CS1400 chainsaw, and the ST1521S trimmer are the three best-selling SKUs.

What we stock for them

Replacement cutting blades for the 21″ and 22″ mower decks, trimmer line in 0.095″ and 0.105″ twist, chainsaw bars and chains for the 14″ and 16″ saws, and brush wear kits for the direct-drive motors. Note: we do not sell compatible batteries — the EGO pack firmware authenticates with the tool and third-party packs can trip the safety circuit.
