Mail-In Sharpening
Ship us the dull blade. We file, balance, and return it next week for $8 per blade. Any brand, any steel, even blades we did not make.
What we service
Mower blades 15″ to 24″, disc style.
Hedge trimmer bars up to 24″.
Pruning and lopper blades.
We do not do chainsaw chain (the economics never work — a new chain costs about what our sharpening would).
How to send
Wrap each blade in newspaper or kraft, taped along the cutting edge. Put it in a small padded mailer or a flat-rate USPS box. Write SHARP in the corner.
Include a slip of paper with your return address and how many blades are in the package. No credit card — we bill $8/blade after the work is done.
Send to: APOROZONA COOP · ATTN SHARPEN · 1204 SE Madrona St · Salem, OR 97301.
Turnaround
We run the sharpening bench every Tuesday and Friday. A package that arrives Monday ships back Wednesday; one that arrives Thursday ships back the following Tuesday.
The return goes USPS Priority. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves.
We do not resharpen chipped or bent blades — we email you, and you can either accept a replacement at the sale price or tell us to scrap it.
