We ship out of Salem, Oregon, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific leave the bench that day.
Shipping
USPS Priority for orders under 8 lb, UPS Ground for anything heavier. Tracking emails go out the moment the label prints.
Free shipping on orders over $80 in the lower 48. Flat $8 below that. Alaska, Hawaii, and PR are carrier-calculated (usually $18–$24). Canada is DDU; duties on receipt.
We do not offer overnight. If you need a part tomorrow, call us directly and we will tell you which dealer in your region has it in stock.
Returns
60 days from the ship date. No restocking fee if the part has not been installed. Mounted blades and installed chains are returnable only for warranty reasons.
Email [email protected] with the SKU and we send a prepaid label within the hour. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS counter. Refund lands 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect.
Sharpening service parts are non-returnable once they have been in our shop queue — we have already filed on them.
