Husqvarna traces back to a musket works outside Jönköping — three centuries of metalworking before they ever built a chainsaw. Today they’re split between Husqvarna Group (outdoor power equipment) and the Husqvarna Viking sewing side, but the chainsaw lineage is unbroken since the 1950s.
Husqvarna and Stihl split the professional market roughly down the middle. On the consumer side, the 128LD string trimmer and the 130-series chainsaws are the most common household saws in North America, especially at big-box retail. The Husqvarna Automower robotic mowers are their own separate universe we don’t service.
Our 3/8 LP chain loops fit the Husqvarna 130, 135, 435, and 440 in the common 16″ length. We stock replacement trimmer heads that thread onto the 128LD and 128DJx spindles (M10 x 1.25 LH), as well as bump-feed spools pre-wound with 0.095″ twist line. Air filters for the 4-stroke X-Torq engines run a different pleat pattern than Stihl — we cut ours to match.
